We believe in educating, supporting, loving, and accepting every child that comes through our doors. Our motto is simple – know us for our abilities, not our disabilities. We believe that the only disability is a bad attitude.
Our daycare centre also aims to raise awareness about the needs and abilities of differently-abled children in society. We believe that every child has the potential to succeed, and we strive to create a positive and supportive environment that encourages them to realize their potential.
We work closely with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services are tailored to the specific needs of each child. We also provide training and support to parents and caregivers, helping them to better understand and support their children.
Located in Upper Barol, Ward No. 12, Darnu Road, Dharamshala -176215, we offer a variety of services to help children with neurological disorders like Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, Cretinism, Speech Disorder, Slow Learner, Anxiety Disorder, Eating Disorder, Psychotic Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Dementia, and Physical Disorder build their self-reliance and social skills.

Our facilities and activities
We provide standard academics and general education, vocational training, personal hygiene training, daily activities like morning assembly, exercise, and yoga, transport facilities to and from the daycare center, mid-day meals, medical services in an emergency, routine medical check-ups, physiotherapy, outdoor games, cultural and recreational activities, workshops for children in conjunction with Dharamshala Residential International Festival Theatre (DRIFT), and opportunities for the children to participate in local, national, and international competitions.
Mid-Day Meal
At Harmony Day Care Centre, we believe that proper nutrition is essential for the growth and development of every child. We provide free milk with biscuits to all the children who attend the daycare centre, as well as a nutritious mid-day meal that meets their dietary requirements. Our in-house kitchen prepares fresh and healthy meals that cater to the specific needs of each child.
Physiotherapy
Our team includes a dedicated physiotherapist who works with children with physical disabilities to improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical health. We provide physiotherapy services to all the children who need it, and our therapist creates individualized plans for each child.
Medical Services
At Harmony Day Care Centre, we prioritize the health and well-being of every child. We provide medical services in case of an emergency and hold routine medical check-ups to monitor the children’s health. Our staff is trained to handle medical emergencies and provide first aid.

Transport facilities for pick and drop
We understand that transportation can be a challenge for families with differently-abled children. To make things easier, we offer transport facilities for pick and drop of children to and from the daycare centre at nominal charges. Our attendants ensure that children reach the daycare centre safely and comfortably.
Indoor/Outdoor Activities
